Garbage Gladiators
Garbage Gladiators was founded in 2024 by friends who met at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY. What started as conversations about building something meaningful turned into a business focused on service, accountability, and long-term impact in the Greater Rochester community.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: build a company grounded in hard work, honesty, and follow-through. We saw firsthand how inconsistent service and unclear pricing frustrated customers. We committed to doing things differently — showing up on time, communicating clearly, and completing each job with care.
Our Early Start
In January 2024, we launched as a mobile trash bin cleaning service for residential and commercial clients. That chapter allowed us to build relationships across Penfield, Fairport, and surrounding towns while developing a strong operational foundation. Although we no longer provide bin cleaning, the discipline and customer focus from those early months continue to guide how we operate today.
As demand shifted, we transitioned fully into junk removal to better serve homeowners, businesses, and property managers throughout Monroe County.
